Troy A. Coker, 30, 107 Genesee St., Apt. 3, was charged around 12:08 a.m. with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD arrest report, Coker was seen walking on train tracks near North Transit Street. Patrol asked if he had anything illegal on him, to which he admitted to carrying marijuana. He was booked without incident and ordered to appear in City Court on Jan. 6.
An East Avenue woman told LPD on Friday that $500 had been withdrawn from her bank account without her knowledge or permission.
