Lakeem C. Wright, 24, 242 Chapel St., Apt. 2, was charged around 4:01 p.m. Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child. According to the LPD arrest report, Wright, was left in charge of a three-year-old child, but fell asleep. Patrol found the child in the roadway near 297 Beattie Ave. The mother of the child, Makala R Kane, who left the child in the care of Wright, was also charged in the incident. The pair were slated for City Court this morning.
Nicholas S. Serio-Troy, 30, 589 Birchwood Dr., was charged around 8:34 p.m. Sunday with having an unlicensed dog. He was slated for City Court on Monday.
Andrea J. Weczerek, 36, 6553 Lincoln Pl., Apt. G, was charged aroundn 6:25 p.m. Sunday with speeding, failure to signal, making an unsafe lane change, and aggravated unlicensed operation. According to the LPD arrest report, Weczerek was seen making a u-turn on West Genesee Street, then seen speeding south on South Transit Street. When she was pulled over, she was found to have a suspended license. She was slated for City Court on Monday.
