TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An Illinois woman had a bit too much to drink before driving, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

Jennifer L. Hesch, 40, 2114 Max Run Dr., Champaign, Ill., was seen speeding on South Transit Road around 12:40 a.m. Sunday when she "crossed partially into the left lane for no apparent reason," according to the NCSO arrest report.

Hesch was pulled over and determined to be intoxicated, although she denied having been drinking.

She was charged with DWI, failure to keep right, and speeding before being transported to the Sheriff's Office where she was found to have a blood alcohol content of .10 percent. She was remanded to the custody of the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail and scheduled to appear at the Town of Lockport Court on Tuesday.
