NEWFANE — An Exchange Street man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that someone smashed the rear window on his vehicle over the weekend.
The man told patrol that sometime between 10 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday, an unknown person smashed the window out, although he has no idea who would do such a thing or why.
The complainant was told that a report would be filed and how to obtain a copy of his report for insurance purposes. Due to lack of evidence, this case is closed at this time.
