The Dale Association will present Healthy Eating for the Holidays, a free educational session presented by BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, at 10 a.m. Nov. 20 at 33 Ontario St.
Learn the basics of weight management, including recipes and ways to make your favorite holiday foods compatible with a healthy eating plan, while still enjoying the fun, food and festivities of the holidays.
