Jerrod T. Robinson, 21, 319 Beattie Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Friday afternoon with petit larceny. According to his arrest report, Robinson took a watch from a Niagara Street woman and refused to give it back. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.
Marc J. LaSpada, 23, 45 Ontario St., Apt. 208, was charged at 9:53 p.m. Friday with aggravated unlicensed operation and running a red light. According to the LPD report, LaSpada was seen going through a red light at North Transit and Main streets. When patrol stopped him, he was found to have a suspended license. He is scheduled for City Court on Wednesday.
Jeaquan P. Hill, 19, 1658 Niagara Ave., Lower Apt., Niagara Falls, was charged around 12:40 a.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the arrest report, Hill was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on South Transit Street and found to have marijuana. He is slated for City Court on Oct. 21.
Joshua A. Arnold, 27, 1356 County Route 3, Hannibal, was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and soliciting without a permit around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. According to the arrest report, Arnold was going door to door attempting to get people to switch their electric company. He was found not to have a permit to solicit in the city of Lockport. He was also found with a white oval-shaped pill with "M366" stamped on it. He was held on $250 bail and is scheduled for City Court on Wednesday.
Joshua J. Monahan, 21, 3821 Card Road, Delevan, was charged with soliciting without a permit around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. He was found going door to door attempting to get people to switch their electric company and determined to not have a permit to solicit in the city of Lockport. He is slated for City Court on Oct. 21.
Allen D. Lee, 22, 23 Oliver St., Lower Apt., was charged around 9 p.m. Monday with third-degree assault. According to the arrest report, Lee struck a woman in the face with a closed fist. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.
Carissa L. Stahli, 26, 55 Outwater Drive., Apt. 1, was charged around 11:05 p.m. Monday with aggravated unlicensed operation and two equipment violations. According to her arrest report, Stahli was driving with no plate lights. When she was stopped, she was found to have a suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in City Court on Wednesday.
