Brandon J. Culverwell, 29, 4 Walnut St., Upper Apt., was charged around 2:15 a.m. with speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of marijuana. According to the arrest report, Culverwell was stopped for speeding and found to have a suspended driver's license. He was then found to be in possession of marijuana. He was slated for City Court this morning.
