ENP STAFF REPORTS

OLCOTT — A Washington Street woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies Friday evening that someone entered the bedroom of her home and took $40 from a wallet.
The woman said that the room the money was taken from has video cameras in it, but they were disabled by whoever took the money — sometime between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. She said that nothing appeared damaged and she only noticed the money had been taken.
The complainant said that she believes her brother took the money, and that he has stolen from her before. Patrol was unable to make contact with the brother at the time of the report.
Investigation is ongoing.
