Jennifer R. Werth, 30, 31 Amelia St., was charged aroound 2:15 p.m. Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to her arrest report, Werth threw items at a man's car windshield, causing it to crack. The damage was estimated at $500. She was slated for City Court this morning.
Joel A. Hernandez, 25, 229 Caledonia St., was charged around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and endangering the welfare of a child. According to the police report, Hernandez was smoking marijuana in front of a minor and broke a woman's cell phone. He was to be in City Court this morning.
Omar T. Webster, 35, no permanent address, was charged with trespassing and false personation around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday. According to his arrest report, Webster was found sleeping in the archway of St. John's Church, 168 Chestnut St. when he was asked his name by patrol. Webster gave a false name. He had been advised in the past to stay off St. John's property, the arrest report said. He was slated for City Court this morning.
