A Lockport man was charged Monday with stealing a motorcycle in June, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
An investigation led NCSO to Randolph M. Wolf, 37, who was found to be in possession of a motorcycle that had been reported stolen from an address on Quaker Road.
He was arrested on one count of third-degree possession of stolen property and arraigned on Monday in the City of Lockport court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He returned to court this morning.
