PENDLETON — A 57-year-old Lockport man was arrested Sunday by New York State Police and charged with speeding and driving while intoxicated, as well as driving with an invalid inspection sticker.
Robert M. Spencer was seen speeding on Campbell Boulevard, according to an NYSP report. During the interview process, there was a strong odor or alcohol eminating from the operator. Spencer was administered the standard field sobriety tests, which he failed.
He was processed at SP Lockport where he was found to have a BAC level of 0.08%. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pendleton Court on Oct. 1.
