An event at Emmet Belknap Intermediate School Friday night drew the attention of local law enforcement when the disorderly students exited the school.
A Niagara County Sheriff's Office helicopter on routine patrol hovered in the area to assist police if needed, drawing more attention to the scene and causing neighbors to think it was a bigger issue than it was, police said.
No arrests were made.
