Dennis A. Feeley, 36, 14 Glenwood Ave., was charged with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt around 4:40 p.m. Sunday. According to the LPD arrest report, Feeley got into an argument with a woman over pills, pushing her up against a wall. He was to be in City Court this morning.

Peter J. Morello, 24, 97 Ranson St., Lower Apt., was charged with false personation around 5:55 p.m. Sunday. According to the LPD arrest report, Morello was found to be cutting a tree down on a Cottage Street property. When police asked his name, he gave one different than they knew it to be. He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for an incident that happened on July 6. He was slated to answer to both charges in City Court this morning.
