Alonzo B. Maxwell, 38, 304 Gooding St., was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing,  second-degree harassment, and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance around 11:10 p.m. Tuesday. According to the LPD arrest report, Maxwell grabbed a woman's arm and refused to leave a Gabriel Drive apartment when asked to. When police arrived, they found him in possession of two Oxycodone pills. He was to be in City Court on Wednesday.

Joseph C. Decarlo, 30, 39 Niagara St., was charged with DWI and a traffic light infraction around 3:50 a.m. Wednesday. According to the LPD arrest report, Decarlo was seen running a red light. When stopped by LPD, he was determined to be intoxicated. He was slated for court Wednesday morning.
