TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Lincoln Place man told Niagara County Sheriff' deputies Sunday afternoon that about $940 in cash and jewelry had been stolen from his apartment.
The man told patrol that he noticed when he got home from work around 8 a.m. Saturday that his front door was unlocked and he was missing $165 cash, a gold necklace with a gold cross, a silver stainless necklace and one dark brown watch, all of which were there when he left for work the prior evening.
Patrol secured a bag of compact discs and a white money envelope, submitting them for latent print examination.
