ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Two Pinecrest Drive residents told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that their homes were egged overnight on Friday.
One complainant called patrol to report that the front of his house was egged over night. Patrol observed white egg shells on the driveway and yellow liquid on the siding above his garage. He told patrol he believed it happened between 11 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday. He also said that his house had been egged before a year prior around the same time of year.
While patrol was speaking with the original complainant, a neighbor approached and stated that his house too had been egged. The second complainant's house had what appeared to be egg shells on the roof facing the street. He told NCSO that he had a party in his backyard the night prior and was outside until around 1 a.m. without observing anything suspicious.
Patrol requested dispatch to include Pinecrest Drive to the routine check list and advised the complainants to call Niagara County Dispatch if they notice anything suspicious in the future. This case is closed pending any further information.
