Thomas Doster Jr., 22, Holley Hotel, Apt. 33, Holley, was charged around 11:37 p.m. Sunday with resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of government administration, and second-degree criminal impersonation. According to Doster's arrest report, officers had responded to a reported disturbance on Blackley Court. When patrol arrived, the crowd began to disburse. Patrol ordered them to stop, but Doster fled. He was eventually caught and subdued with "a TASER and softening techniques." While being booked, Doster gave police a false name. He was released on the LPD charges but transferred to Niagara County Jail on an unrelated active warrant. He was to be in City Court on Monday for the charges from LPD.

Demetrius Singleton, 39, 347 Gooding St., was charged around 8 p.m. Sunday with third-degree assault. According to the arrest report, Singleton pushed and hit a woman. He was to be in City Court Monday morning.

Albert S. Winters, 19, 81 South St., Apt. 2, was charged around 9:30 p.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment. According to the arrest report, Winters pushed and then kicked a juvenile. Winters was to be in City Court Monday.

A Waterman Street man told patrol Monday afternoon that his brown and black mountain bike had been stolen from his basement sometime between July 15 and Saturday afternoon. The bike was valued at $75.

Shawn A. Awtry, 38, 157 Cottage St., Apt. E, was charged around 10:47 p.m. Monday with disorderly conduct. According to the arrest report, Awtry was seen by patrol yelling obsceneties in front of his home. After numerous attempts by LPD to get Awtry to stop yelling, he was charged.
