A 16-year-old Jackson Street boy was charged around 4:30 p.m. Sunday with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. According to the LPD arrest report, the teen was "out of control throwing bricks." He was also shouting obseneties. He was due in Lockport City Court this morning to answer to the charges.
