Anthony C. Wronski Jr. of Newfane, NY formerly of Appleton, NY entered into rest Sunday, July 27, 2014 in Newfane Rehab & Health Care Facility. He was born in the Town of Hartland, NY February 26, 1932, the son of the late Anthony C. Wronksi Sr. and Caroline Ratajczyk Wronski.

Anthony served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War 1951 -1953 and later was in the US Air Force Reserves for 20 years. He taught Industrial Arts, Driver Education  and later was a guidance officer at the Cardinal O’Hara School in  Tonawanda, he then worked at Harrison Radiator for 18 years, retiring in 1993. Anthony moved from Barker to Appleton in 1968. Member of St. Brendan on the Lake (St. Charles). He enjoyed hunting, gardening and country music.

Father of Joseph (Colleen) Wronski of Texas, Kathleen Wronski of Burt, NY and the late Anthony Wronski. Grandfather of Emily, Michael and Jack Wronski. Brother of the late Helen Costello, Theresa Kujawa, John, Mathew, Leonard, Robert and Richard Wronski. Also survived by the mother of his children Betty Wronski of Lockport, NY and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY WEDNESDAY 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated THURSDAY at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Lake (St. Patrick’s Site) Quaker Road Barker, NY. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery, Newfane, NY. Memorials to a charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
