TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 60-year-old woman was charged Saturday evening with shoplifting from Walmart.
Darla Siemucha, 5722 Otto Park Place, took a pair of earrings and a tank top and hid them under her purse in her shopping cart, according to Walmart employees. The woman then passed all points of purchase without paying for her items, according to a report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
Patrol charged Siemucha with petit larceny and released her on an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Lockport Court on June 12.
