WILSON — The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Coast Guard, NYS Park Police, Wilson Fire Company, Olcott Fire Company and Canadian Authorities are conducting a joint search for an overdue boater.
The boater launched on Wednesday out of Wilson Tuscarora State Park and was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday, northeast of the Wilson pier.
He is 60 years of age and was operating a 16-foot Starcraft boat, camouflage in color. Anyone with information or anyone who has seen this craft, please contact the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office at 438-3393 and follow the prompt for dispatch.
