Lockport Town Justice Leonard Tilney Jr., declined to press charges against a man who called him and said he would "come down to the court and beat someone up" if his son wasn't released.
The incident, which occurred via phone, happened Monday afternoon. Patrol was dispatched to the area where Tilney said he would not press charges against the man for harassment. NCSO considers the case closed.
