A Ridgewood Drive resident went to her car Wednesday morning to find that someone had stolen her GPS overnight.
The woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that the GPS was taken between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, when she noticed that items were scattered around the vehicle. Also reported stolen were two quarters.
The woman told patrol that her vehicle had been unlocked. She was advised to lock her vehicle in the future and the case was closed pending further suspect information.
