A Chestnut Ridge Road man reported to Niagara County Sheriff's deputies this morning that someone removed a copper down spout from his house.
The man told patrol that the 8-foot downspout, valued at $250, was taken from the southeast side of his house between Jan. 30 and Monday.
This investigation is closed pending new information.
