A 2013 Polaris all-terrain-vehicle was one of many items taken from a Lake Road, Town of Somerset home overnight Saturday.
According to a report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, the owner told patrol that someone stole change from his vehicle then proceeded to his locked barn where they took the ATV, a Husqvarna chainsaw, Generac generator and Husky air gun. Total loss was listed as $8,108.18.
The homeowner said that the key for the ATV was in the residence. Marks in the grass believed to be the ATV appeared to head westbound on Lake Road. No suspects or witnesses could be identified at that time.
The complainant said he would advise patrol if he noticed any other items missing.
