The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for today, through 7 p.m., with wind gusts expected to reach up to 50 mph.
"Winds of this magnitude could bring down some tree limbs and power lines and result in isolated power outages," the weather service stated. "Travel may be difficult in high-profile vehicles."
The near-40-degree highs, however, couple with the wind should help to dry things out a little bit. Overnight offers a low of 23 and a chance of snow.
