Staff and volunteers from the Niagara Hospice Alliance are gearing up for the 2014 Spring Bouquet Sale, which will run March 3 through March 9 with pre-sale bouquets being ordered now.
In 2013, the sale raised nearly $20,000 to support hospice care in Niagara County.
“We want to keep this momentum going and growing," said Niagara Hospice Alliance Event Coordinator Mandy Raff. "We are seeking more Niagara County businesses and organizations to participate in our walk up sale the week of March 3rd.”
Bouquets will sell for $8.00 each and there is no cost to the organization to participate.
Raff said, “We look forward to this sale each year and it is a great way to get the whole Niagara County community involved. The event helps raise awareness about hospice while at the same time supports vital services for family, friends and neighbors dealing with serious illness.”
Proceeds from the sale help support the mission of Niagara Hospice to provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time. Raff stated that anyone who wants to participate can call the Events Department at 280-0766 or visit the News & Events page at www.NiagaraHospice.org for more information.
