Codi D. McKee, a graduate of the Barker class of 2012, wsa named to the SUNY Canton President's List for outstanding academic achievement during the Fall 2013 semester.

McKee is a Civil and Environmental Technology major at SUNY Canton, "Northern New York's premier college for career-driven bachelor's degrees, associate degrees and certificate programs," according to a press release from the school.

"Congratulations to our President's List students for the Fall Term 2013! The Provost, deans, faculty and I are very proud of the way you applied your best efforts to the semester's coursework," said SUNY Canton Acting President Joseph C. Hoffman. "The work ethic and the enthusiasm for learning you develop here at the College will serve you well in your professional careers after graduation."

To receive President's List honors, full-time students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

SUNY Canton delivers quality hands-on programs in engineering technology, health, management, and public service. Faculty members are noted for their professional real-world experience in addition to their academic credentials. The College's 14 athletic teams compete in state-of-the-art facilities as provisional members of the NCAA Division III and the USCAA.
