The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory through Friday morning.
The advisory calls for single digit temperatures and snow accumulation of up to 11 inches over the duration of the warning.
"Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered roads and poor visibility due to snow and blowing snow. Bitterly cold wind chills will post a risk for frost bite and hypothermia for anyone outside for even short periods of time," the advisory states.
Saturday and Sunday will bring warmer weather with sun on Saturday and a chance of more snow on Sunday.
