All four public school districts in East Niagara - Lockport City School District, Newfane Central School District, Barker Central School District and Royalton-Hartland Central School District - are closed today due to the weather, are is DeSales Catholic School, Wilson, Starpoint and Medina school districts.

Many government offices and private businesses have also closed for the day.
