A Town of Lockport man was arrested over the weekend following an investigation into a complaint of an injured child.
According to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour, Christopher T. Fuller, Jr., was charged with one count each of first-degree assault and reckless assault of a child.
Fuller was arraigned in Lockport Town Court, where bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. He was then remanded to the Niagara County Jail, with a return court date of Wednesday.
