According to the report, patrol observed distorted footprints in the snow due to rain, and further observed what appeared to be bicycle wheel tracks leading from the side yard to the roadway. Sheriff's deputies checked the area for the bicycle with negative results.
The complainant told NCSO that he hadn't seen anyone in the area overnight.
