Martin H. Reyes, 23, of Van Buren Street in Olcott was charged with third-degree robbery and petit larceny. He is being held at the Niagara County Jail on $20,000 bail and is set to return to Newfane Town Court at 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to the Sheriff's department report, on Nov. 11, Reyes attempted to rob the Newfane Pharmacy, demanding Opana and saying he had a bomb. He fled the store and a town-wide manhunt was started. He was found due to an investigation by the NCSO, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Border Patrol.
