Today's forecast: Showers and possible thunderstorms with falling temperatures

The National Weather Service calls for showers and thunderstorms today with temperatures falling to around 51 by 5 p.m. and then 37 overnight. A high wind warning remains in effect with gusts expected as high as 60 mph.

Saturday, there's a chance of rain and snow showers early, then gradually becoming mostly sunny with a high near 48 and a low around 32. Sunday will be sunny with a high near 60 and a low around 43. Monday offers a chance of showers with a high near 61 and a low around 41.

Tuesday looks to be mostly sunny with a high near 59 and a low of around 40. Wednesday will also be mostly sunny with a high near 64 and a low aroun 48. Thursday, there's a chance of showers with a high near 64.
