James Michael Stevens, age 67, of Middleport, entered into rest on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Medina Memorial Hospital.

Born August 28, 1947 in Lockport, James is the son of the late Alfred and Mary (nee Forsey) Stevens.

Surviving James is his wife:  Karen L. Stevens (nee Fox); children:  Christopher G. (Stacey) Crosby, Jennifer L. (Ken) Bieniek and Amanda N. Crosby.  He is the loving grandfather of:  Matthew Crosby, Jessica Bieniek, Benjamin Jackson, Ashleigh Miller, Evan Crosby, Corey Jackson and Michael Miller. Brother of: Robert (Bonnie) Stevens and Cynthia (Thomas) Swift.  James is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main Street, Gasport, on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 17, 2015 from the funeral home at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
