Lockport Mayor Anne McCaffrey and the Common Council were joined by the Lockport Chorale and the entire audience at the Historic Palace Theatre in singing "Happy Birthday" to Lockport in celebration of the city's 150th birthday.After the whole group sang, the officials attempted to blow out the candles. Eventually, Fourth-Ward Alderman Pat Schrader got the last of the candles extinguished.
