Former New York State Governor Mario Cuomo died today.
Born on June 15, 1932, the father of current Gov. Andrew Cuomo, served three terms as governor before losing to George Pataki in 1994.
Cuomo is survived by his wife and five children, including Andrew and CNN anchor Chris Cuomo.
