ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
Friends and family of both young men involved in last week's shooting are planning a prayer vigil for 6:30 p.m. in front of Lockview Plaza.
The families of Josiah Chandler and Colton Baker-Durst are both reported to be attending the rally, according to a notice East Niagara Post received a short while ago via Facebook.
Chandler was in court today, where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing in the attempted murder case, sending the case to a Niagara County Court Grand Jury. Chandler stands accused of second-degree attempted murder as a hate crime, first-degree assault, and second-degree possession of a criminal weapon.
