Thief steals from produce stand

HARTLAND — A Carmen Road woman says someone stole $176 worth of produce from the vegetable stand that was in front of her home.

The woman told patrol that a dark colored pickup truck had been seen sitting outside their fruit and vegetable stand aroun 1:30 a.m. Friday with its lights on. And when she went to the stand Friday morning, it was missing $176 worth of product.

She told patrol that the pickup truck did not look familiar and she is unaware of who the suspect could be.
