Newfane daycare reports phone number fraud

NEWFANE — Tiny Town Daycare reported to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday that someone had been using their phone number without their consent.

The business told patrol that a woman said that she was receiving phone calls from their phone number but it was not Tiny Town Daycare calling. The woman told patrol the phone number called on July 22 and Aug. 11, and that the voice mails that were left were attempting to sell Medical Alert. The voice mails did not leave return contact information.
