Today's forecast: Possible thunderstorms with a high of 85

The National Weather Service says there's a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon with a potential for heavy rain. The high is forecast to be around 85 degrees with an overnight low of around 65.

Tuesday more showers and thunderstorms are likely with a high near 81. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Overnight there's a chance for more rain and a low of around 57. Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 73 and a low around 52.

Thursday is expected to be partly sunny with a high of 69 and a low around 50. Friday will also be partly sunny with a high near 73 and a low around 50. Saturday calls for sun with high near 78 and a low around 60. Sunday brings back a chance of showers and thunderstorms with a high near 76.
