Lockport bar employee charged with serving minor

TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A county-wide underage alcohol enforcement detail done Thursday evening by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office and New York State Liquor Authority resulted in charges for a Lewiston woman working at the Lockport Pub.

Marissa R. Ebbole, 19, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sales. She is due to appear in Lockport City Court, according to a press release from NCSO.

Of the 16 bars checked between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m., 15 of them successfully denied the underage operatives alcohol, the press release said.
