Golf carts damaged at Oak Run Golf Course

TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An unknown person or people damaged the ignitions to 12 golf carts at Oak Run Golf Course, according to a report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

The damage to the carts, which also included front-end damage to one cart when the suspect was driving it, was done overnight between Sunday and Monday.

The total damage was estimated at $2,300 dollars, including damage done to a golf green, according to the report. No suspects or witnesses could be identified at the time of the report, and the case was forwarded to the criminal investigations bureau.
