Dustin Hall was under arrest on a grand larceny bench warrant Saturday when Niagara County Sheriff's deputies found crack cocaine, a crack pipe and a Suboxone pill on him.

Patrol arrived at Hall's home at 8146 State Street in Gasport and conducted a search of him prior to arrest.

"Patrol located a plastic bag containing what appeared to be crack cocaine in Hall's front right pocket. Patrol also located what appeared to be a crack pipe in the same pocket," the NCSO report said. "Hall reported to patrol that the substance was in fact cocaine. Patrol continued to search Hall's jeans and located a prescription pill. Hall reports the pill to be Suboxone, which is also a controlled substance."

Hall was taken to Niagara County Jail where he is being held on the original grand larceny charge.

Patrol submitted the narcotics to the Niagara County Sheriff's Forensic Laboratory for further testing. Charges will be filed pending the outcome of the tests.
