An alert by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office is warning Newfane residents to stay indoors.
"The Niagara County Sherriff's office is investigating a possible home invasion in your area. We advise you to stay inside and lock your doors," the alert said.
The alert is said to be active until 2:46 a.m.
