TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A Royalton man was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment after New York State Police responded to a domestic incident.
According to records, Thomas Walp "continually called a protected party and had been previously served an order not to do such."
He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport and taken to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
