BUFFALO, N.Y. --- The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will be selling St. Patrick’s Day themed pucks prior to their game against the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday, March 16 at First Niagara Center, with all proceeds going directly to the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
The special pucks, which are signed by Sabres players, will be sold for $20 in the 100 Level concourse prior to the 7 p.m. game. Sabres’ wives and girlfriends will be on hand to assist with the sale.
Also on March 16, the Sabres will wear green St. Patrick’s Day themed jerseys for warm-ups against Montreal. The jerseys will be auctioned off immediately following the game at http://auction.nhl.com with the auctions running until 9 pm on March 27.
