SOMERSET -- An 18 year old suspect was arrested by the State Police for third-degree with the intent to cause physical injury and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on a school bus on Feb. 16.
According to New York State Police, the suspect caused injury to the victim after attacking the victim on the school bus.
The suspect, whose name was not repleased by police, was arraigned in the Town of Somerset and released on his own recognizance. The suspect is scheduled to appear at a later date.
