TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 21-year-old Newfane man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, and other traffic violations following a traffic stop on South Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Matthew D. Finch was also charged with moving from the lane unsafely and window tint.
He was transported to the Lockport Troopers barracks where he was found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
Finch was issued traffic tickets and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court on March 10.
