TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 24-year-old Lockport man was charged Monday with DWI and traffic infractions following a traffic stop on Beattie Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Marcus A. Ballard had a blood alcohol content of .17 percent -- more than twice the legal limit.
In addition to the DWI, he was also charged with speeding and moving from lane unsafely.
